These RV Cleaning Supplies Are HUGE Lifesavers!

Now that it’s getting towards the warmer season, I’ve recently been doing some spring cleaning around our rv camper and found some rv cleaning supplies that have been a freaking LIFESAVER.

Some of these products we’ve had from our old apartment that were great and compact for our motorhome and some we bought when we started rv living.

So, like always, I love to share products that I love to use for myself and hope that they help you out as well!

Bissell Pet Stain Eraser

We had this bad boy for well over a year and it has worked like a charm!

We travel with cats on the rv lifestyle, so it was important to have something that can deep clean the little carpet our rv has, especially since our cats love to puke on anything that’s NOT the hardwood floor.

So, this pet stain eraser comes in handy, especially if you travel with pets as well!

One full battery charge was enough to deep clean our whole carpet for our rv camper; however, this will differ for you depending on the size of your camper and how much carpet your camper has.

Either way, I even use it to deep clean our dinette booth, as well as our mattress in our bedroom, so you can definitely use this on multiple surfaces that isn’t just carpet.

I found that it picks up pretty well, as you can see by the nasty, dirty water.

Now, I got mine from Walmart; however, I did some research and found you guys a STEAL on Amazon.

I found the same pet stain eraser that is DUO and comes with a wet AND dry attachment. Mine just had the wet attachment, so you’ll get an even better deal than I did on mine.

Seriously, you guys are getting a better deal than when I bought mine.

Bissell Professional Spot and Stain + Oxy Portable Machine Formula

I’ll leave the link of the formula for the carpet cleaner here, since I’m not sure how fast you’ll run through carpet cleaning formula.

This is what we use for our carpet cleaner and it has worked wonders.

We’ve also used the pet carpet formula as well and it has also worked well for us.

So again, I post this just in case you end up using up your carpet cleaning formula or if you have a difference brand for your carpet cleaner and are searching for some good formula solution.

Shop-Vac Wet/Dry Vacuum

So, our version of our shop-vac is an older version and it seems like the company revamped the Shop-Vac. Once again, I did my handy dandy research and found you another steal on Amazon!

This shop vac comes with attachments, filters, and even better, can hang on the wall if you really want to make room in your rv!

My husband had our shop-vac for years, as he’s been working on the road for a long time and bought this to give his truck a nice deep clean. We brought it with us as it was very convenient for the rv life.

You’ll find that the one on Amazon will obviously look different than ours, but will work just the same!

So, if you aren’t into the portable vacuums, are forgetful with charging portable vacuums, or still need something compact that plugs into the wall like normal and can quickly suck up debris around your rv camper, then this shop-vac will help you with that.

Shark Steam & Scrub Mop

I LOVE this steam mop! We had this even when we lived in apartments and taking it with us when we decided to live the rv life was a LIFESAVER.

This thing is beautifully compact. Not only that, but it steams and scrubs your floors WELL.

I don’t even know how people usually scrub their floors, but this thing is SO easy to use and it really sanitizes your floors, so you’ll feel like your floors are actually clean.

It’s really makes cleaning a breeze to do in a camper.

HIGHLY recommend it.

Shark Multi-Surface Cleaner 2 Liter Bottle

This is the cleaner we use for our steam mop, as it is specially made for it.

You can totally use regular multi-surface cleaner, just the only thing to keep in mind is that regular cleaning solution may take longer to dry and I found that it makes the floors get foamy with regular solution (from my experience).

Again, if it’s not a problem to you, by all means, do whatever multi-surface cleaner you prefer! I just like having the brand that goes with the steam mop, especially since it’s a steam mop and not a regular mop.

Camco Adjustable Broom and Dustpan

We just recently got this broom and it has CHANGE the GAME on sweeping because your girl, was starting to have backaches.

I love that this broom is adjustable so I can compact it and store it in our cabinets. I’ve been wanting some kind of broom that is adjustable and finally found it randomly in a store one day.

So, if you need to save your back from sweeping and need something that can be compacted, then this broom will do wonders for you as well!

Camco Straight Swivel Stik

So, while my husband was at work, I had an incident where BOTH our toilets had gotten clogged and it just couldn’t wait for my husband to get home.

I had to spend over an hour using our handheld drum auger to get this freaking toilet to unclog and it was a NIGHTMARE.

I cried, got frustrated, and wanted to freaking VOMIT.

I am seriously so grossed out to this day.

So, when my husband found this straight swivel stick, it truly was a lifesaver for us because I would have rather sh*t in the woods then to struggle to unclog a rv toilet.

So, if you don’t want to have a mental breakdown with your clogged toilet, this swivel stick will truly save you the headache.

This stick basically just pushes down any stuck waste into your sewer tank and can even clean out your sewer if you attach a hose on the other end.

Now, I don’t know how well it actually cleans the sewer tank since it’s just a steam of water. My husband doesn’t really care for it, but regardless, loves that it pushes waste through way easier than using a toilet plunger or a freaking drum auger.
