We have two rv bathrooms in our rv camper: one that’s a full bathroom and the other is a half bathroom. When we got our motorhome, we’ve had to make use of the space that we have and I ended up having to get really creative with the rv bathroom organization.
We have a large pantry in our main bathroom, which helps us TREMENDOUSLY, however, a lot of camper homes are missing out on some important rv essentials.
And like always, I’m sharing the rv products that we have for our camper. So I hope they help you with yours as well, even if you need some decorating ideas for your rv renovations.
With that, here are eight rv bathroom essentials for rv storage ideas and rv renovations!
These adhesive shower shelves have been the MOST popular items that fellow rvers have loved and that I have recommended on previous blog posts. These shower shelves have been a GAME-CHANGER for better organization in our rv shower.
Look, I’m sure we’ve all been there, where you have shampoo and conditioner bottles on the floor or other shower items piled up in the corner.
Trust me, I’ve been guilty of this.
These adhesive shower shelves have help up BEAUTIFULLY for well over a year now. And even somehow, someway, the adhesive DOES come off, you can get adhesive replacements for these shower caddies.
Another feature to these shower shelves that I have completely forgotten to mention is that, with your purchase, these shelves come with an adhesive hook, which is also waterproof and great for hanging up your razors, loofahs, or even combs!
In fact, I loved these shelves so much that I just purchased them again for more organization in the shower.
Seriously you guys, get them because I know you’ll love them as well!
UIFER Adhesive Replacements
I have given you the link to the adhesive replacements just in case your shower caddies do come off somehow!
These adhesive replacements come in a 2-pack just like the shower caddies!
For months, my skin was feeling SO dry and flaky. At first, I thought it was just because of the cold season.
However, when summer came around, my skin continued to be really dry even though I don’t get dry skin at all during the summer (I have combination type skin).
And I literally could not figure out what was going on. There had been no change in my skin routine, shower routine, or even laundry detergents to cause my skin to get so dry.
But you know what does change constantly?
The water that you use at campgrounds (if you move your rv to different locations like us and not stationary).
I NEVER thought about it until I had changed out our tiny rv shower head for this new one that has a filter in it.
And wow, did it help tremendously!
When I got a filtered shower head, my skin improved so much!
And having this for a few months now has made me realized all the crap that’s in water these days that isn’t filtered through your rv camper (as you can see in the example images I’ve provided).
F*cking gross.
This shower head is also high pressured and comes with three modes: the company calls the modes massage, rain, and a combination of both rain and massage.
Having a high-pressured shower head is nice because I’ve ran into issues with water pressure from other campgrounds (even with a water pressure regulator), so this shower head will, at the very least, provide more water than my old shower head did.
This shower head also has an on/off switch on the front, so you can stop the water flowing and save your hot water while you are lathering your hair or body.
In fact, this was the main reason why I love this shower head because I would run out of hot water so quickly on my hair wash days. So, it’s nice to just switch the shower head to off while I condition my hair.
SISITEN Shower Head Filter
I also got some extra filters for my shower head, which I will provide the link for those as well.
These filters are supposed to last for a few months; however, it will vary for everyone depending on where you are staying and how clean the water you are showering is.
It’s just best to have some extra filters on hand!
These adhesive hooks are not only heavy duty, but waterproof as well!
I personally use them for my loofah and shower caps, but you can use them for anything you want to hang: from towels, coats, or anything else you can think of that.
Just remember that these hooks are good for holding up to 16 lbs, so don’t hang anything too heavy.
You also get a pack of four which is nice in case you need to replace them or for multiple purposes throughout your camper!
Not only are they great for creating more space in your camper, but their sleek and chic appearance make it perfect for any camper aesthetic!
I mainly wanted to share this because I’ve been needing a new bathroom mat and this brand comes in so many different styles (as well as sizes for your needs).
I love mine and it’s absorbent like a bathroom mat should be.
Plus, it’s aesthetic as f*ck and I just wanted to show it off.
Mine is the marble style, but the link will include many different styles to your rv interior aesthetic!
Ok for some reason, these command spring clips are HARD to buy nowadays.
I literally don’t get it. It never used to be like that when I first bought them, but now replacing them is a STRUGGLE.
I guess people caught on how good these springs are!
I love these command springs for the towels in my bathroom, but you can hang other items like hand towels, hair towels, or just anything that’s light and needs to be clipped down to prevent it from falling.
Great for keeping your bathroom tidy and great for keeping things in PLACE.
While I’m writing this, Amazon has some in stock and it appears like they continue to stock them when they can.
So, by the time you are reading this, if you see them in stock, get them NOW before they sell out again.
Now, I’ve had these storage bins since we got our camper and unfortunately, I don’t remember the EXACT brand.
HOWEVER, I Google image searched similar brands and found ones that carries similar storage bins (the one differences I see is maybe the color of the lid because mine is made out of bamboo) made by a company called iDesign.
And who knows, since they are damn similar, it may be the same brand I have, but they just changed the material of the lids.
I just wanted to put that disclaimer since I ripped off all the labels when I got these bins well over a year ago!
After all, honesty is the best policy!
Anyways, I loved that these bins are made out of recycled plastic, as I feel like I’m living more sustainably. The lids I have are made out of bamboo, so it gives off this organic look to the storage bins.
These have been GREAT for bathroom organization and keeping our bathroom pantry tidy!
And when we travel with our camper, it helps tremendously because you don’t have bathroom products flying all over the place.
iDesign Recycled Plastic Medium Storage Bin
This storage bin is similar to my own except it has WAY more added features to it where you can buy different compartments for your storage bins.
I bought mine in stores over a year ago and did not have this option for myself.
However, I am more than happy to bring suggestions to my readers for a better price and a better deal!
iDesign Recycled Plastic Compact Drawer Organizer Bin (Small)
I used the small compact bin for smaller items like my hair ties, bobby pins, tweezers, and nail clippers.
Same design as the medium storage bins, but smaller (of course).
Another day, another bathroom product where I don’t remember what the brand was and ripped off the label when I bought it over a year ago.
HOWEVER, Google image search is our best friend right now and I found a similar product that comes in a variety of sizes.
Don’t worry I didn’t let you down!
I just use these storage baskets to put more bathroom products in, as well as use them to separate mine and my husband’s bathroom products.
Nice to have for organization purposes!
WINWOL Plastic Storage Baskets
These plastic storage baskets come in different sizes and if you choose to, you can buy a lid with these storage baskets as well.
Just be aware that the lids are purchased separately!
However, like I said before, I just like the basket without the lid, as I can see in front of me what’s in my storage basket!
This turntable organizer is awesome for smaller items that you need to have access to easily and effortlessly.
This turntable is exactly what it’s named as: an organizer that turns.
I use it for my nail polish products, but anything small, compact, and anything you need to get to without digging into containers will be great for this type of organizer.
Again, I don’t know the brand name, however, it’s very similar to what iDesign has, as my turntable organizer is also made out of recycled plastic like they have to offer.
Only difference is that it separates into quarter pieces instead of like mine which separates into halves.
Either way, it functions the same way and can come apart easier for cleaning purposes!
iDesign Recycled Plastic 1/4 Wedge Turnable Organizer
Great when you need to fast and easy access to a bathroom product or for smaller items.
I like to use this for my nail polish products or any other miscellanious products that I use often!
