6 Rv Kitchen Essentials For Your Rv Kitchen Interior

Although every rv kitchen is different in size and design, I’d like to think that I’ve created a pretty good system with the limited room we have in our rv camper.

As I’ve lived the rv lifestyle, I have come to love a few rv kitchen essentials that have kept our limited interior clean, tidy, and efficient.

Like always, I love to share any rv essentials that have worked for us and want to share what we have for our lovely motorhome. These rv must haves are easy to travel with and can fit in compact spaces in case you are traveling with your camper home.

So far, these rv items have worked out pretty good for us considering we’ve had to get creative with our kitchen interior space.

Now then, let me share with you 6 rv kitchen essentials for your rv kitchen interior!

Keurig K-Mini Single Serve Coffee Maker

Most rv campers already have a limited amount of space, so I knew we needed to get a smaller coffee maker if we wanted to make our own coffee/tea.

I found that this mini-Keurig coffee maker was the perfect size for our rv kitchen interior. It’s simple to use and takes our standard Keurig coffee pods just like any other Keurig!

And like always, you can easily run water and make yourself a nice hot cup of tea while you’re at it!

The best part of this coffee maker is that it comes in SO many cute colors, so you get to be creative with the color and match it to the aesthetics of your camper!

So, for any coffee lovers out there who need a great coffee maker recommendation for your rv camper, I got you covered!

Grey Tank Odor Control

I’ve seen this solution in stores before, but never thought I’d need it until one day, our sink wouldn’t drain and I had to pull out our sink pipe due to grease buildup…

Let’s just say that was a couple hours of draining our sink water in a plastic container and another half hour taking apart the pipe itself.

So, if you don’t want to learn the lesson that I had to learn the hard way, getting yourself some grey tank odor control just may not be a bad idea.

Not only that, but it’ll leave your sink smelling fresh, which was another problem I ran across later in our rv living endeavors.

Don’t be me and make my mistakes.

Save yourself the trouble and keep your sink odor and buildup under control.

Adjustable Storage Shelf

I’ve shown this before in another post, but this adjustable storage shelf is great for your rv kitchen. You’ll be able to adjust the width and height of the shelf to fit whatever space you need.

You can put it under your sink, on top of your countertops, or if you can, fit it in your pantry for extra space and organization.

Like I said before, we’ve had to get creative with our space, so this storage shelf really helped us out for putting extra food and appliances away.

So, give yourself space with this storage shelf!

Rectangular Food Storage Container

These bad boys are GREAT if you have pets that like to get into your food.

These storage containers are lockable and air tight sealed, so not only do you NOT have to worry about anything getting spilled, but your food will be kept fresh for a longer period of time.

These airtight containers are travel friendly and so far, I’ve not no issues with breakage as they are made out of a thick, plastic material.

So, if you want to keep your cereal or any other snack fresh and AWAY from your fur baby, then these containers are a great choice, especially if you are like us with limited space.

Folding Metal Kitchen Shelf

This folding wire shelf is another one that has been great for storing under our sink. With this metal shelf, we’re able to create a little more space for any other cleaning supplies we have.

And if you need to take down the shelf for any reason before you head off to your next travel destination, you are easily able to fold it up and store it.

Whether you use it for your rv cleaning supplies, silverware, or other miscellaneous items, this shelf is able to provide you the added storage for you!

It’s as simple and easy as that!

Adjustable organizer rack

This rv product is another rv kitchen essential that I’ve promoted on another one of my blog posts and also a rv item that we use for our kitchen.

Depending on your rv camper, you may be limited to space for our pots and pans. We don’t have a particular pantry for our travel trailer and have to get creative with where we put our pots and pans.

This adjustable organizer rack has made it easy to pick and choose which pots and pans we need to use, as well as keep our kitchenware neat, tidy and organized.

Of course, since this is an adjustable rack, you are able to take apart, extend, and shorten the rack to your needs. I also want to mention that the metal wires that separate the pots and pans can also come off and are adjustable as well!

Now you can have a nice and tidy system for your pots and pans!

Over-the-door organizers

Another rv kitchen essential that I have promoted before are these over-the-door organizers that we use specifically for our rv kitchen interior.

These are great for storing extra kitchenware and our other rv cleaning supplies. My recommendation is to make sure the width of these organizers work out for whatever door you plan to hang these on.

These over-the-door organizers come in a set of two and it was quite easy and self-explanatory when it comes to putting them together.

Like I said before, as long as you measure out the width of your door, then these rv kitchen essentials are great for creating even more room in your camper home!
